It takes a mere second for treasure to turn to trash.

 I'm leaning Yamcha here. The power disadvantage is insignificant. He also has powerful techniques like the Spirit Ball and Kamehameha, which amplify his damage far beyond Raditz's. You can assume Raditz has techniques like that, but, he has never shown much outside of melee battle. I think Yamcha would win because of that. Raditz was worried about a Kamehameha from someone 4x weaker than him. What about a Kamehameha from someone about as powerful as he is? I think if Yamcha hit him with a significant energy attack, he's dead.
